Dear Guests,

As Cyclone Alfred approaches, your safety is our top priority. Please read the following important updates and stay informed as we continue to monitor the situation.

Guest Safety & Important Notices

Power Outage: In the instance of power outage:

• • Guest lifts will be out of service. Guests will need to use the emergency stairwell. Please take your time and use caution.
  • No power in rooms: Air-conditioning and lighting will be unavailable.
  • Water supply will be affected.

Stay in Your Room: We kindly ask all guests to remain in their rooms during the cyclone for safety.

On-Site Assistance: Staff will be present on each guest floor to provide assistance and direction. For urgent enquiries, please dial extension 9 to reach Reception.

Food & Beverage Availability

• In-Room Dining: Available on Friday, March 7, from 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• La Boca Restaurant:

• Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on March 7.
• Open for breakfast from 6:30 AM on March 8.

• Kabuki Teppanyaki: Closed Friday, 7th March.
• The Pav Bar: Currently Closed, reopening TBC.
