Terms and Conditions – Stamford Plaza Brisbane Wedding Showcase Prizes

1. Eligibility:

Entry is open to individuals who register via the official Stamford Plaza Brisbane Wedding Showcase registration link and attend the event on 20th October 2024. Only those who check in at the event will qualify for the prize draw.

1. Prizes:

• 1 x Night Staycation at Stamford Plaza Brisbane for two, including breakfast and one complimentary car park. A gift voucher for the one-night stay will be issued, valid for 6 months from the date of issue and expiring on 18th April 2025. The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used at Stamford Plaza Brisbane.

• 1 x Dinner Voucher for two at La Boca valued at $150. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and expires on 18th April 2025.

• 2 x Tickets for the Melbourne Cup Seafood Buffet 2024 at Stamford Plaza Brisbane valued at $498.

1. Prize Draw:

The prize winners will be selected by a random draw held at 5pm on Wednesday, 23rd October 2024, at Stamford Plaza Brisbane. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours.

1. Prize Redemption:

• The Staycation prize must be redeemed by 18th April 2025, subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date issued and can only be used at Stamford Plaza Brisbane.

• The Dinner Voucher at La Boca must be used by 18th April 2025. Any additional costs beyond $150 are the responsibility of the winner. No change will be provided if the voucher is not fully used. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and expires on 18th April 2025. Only valid at La Boca Brisbane.

• The Melbourne Cup tickets are valid for the Melbourne Cup event held at Stamford Plaza Brisbane and La Boca on 5th November 2024 and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

1. Conditions:

• Prizes are subject to availability and must be used by the expiration dates listed above.

• Additional guests or services beyond what is included in the prize packages must be paid for by the winner.

1. General:

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• Stamford Plaza Brisbane reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond our control arise.

1. Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in relation to any disputes arising under these terms and conditions.
