Terms & Conditions – La Boca Christmas Eve Buffet 2025

1. Children under 5 must be ticketed for seating purposes, even if dining free.
2. Please notify us of dietary needs at the time of booking. While we aim to accommodate, we cannot guarantee against allergens.
3. Menu items are current at time of publication and may be substituted due to seasonal changes.
4. Tickets are valid only for the session and date selected. No transfers permitted.
5. All guests must present valid tickets at entry. Seating is allocated by La boca Brisbane.
6. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to guests behaving inappropriately or intoxicated (in line with RSA policy).
7. By attending, you agree to be potentially photographed or filmed for promotional use unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. 28+ days before event: Full refund available.
2. 14–27 days before event: 50% refund.
3. Less than 14 days before: No refund.
4. No-shows will be charged the full ticketed price.
5. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the email provided in your booking confirmation.
