La Boca Christmas Boxes – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with La Boca Bar & Grill Brisbane, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Payment
   All Christmas Box orders must be pre-ordered and paid in full to be confirmed. Orders are subject to availability and limited quantities.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
   All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or changes are permitted within 7 days of the selected pick-up date. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior, refunds or amendments may be considered at management’s discretion only.
3. Collection
   Orders must be collected from La Boca Bar & Grill, located inside Stamford Plaza Brisbane (via hotel lobby entrance) on the selected date and time (15 –26 December at 11.00am or 4:00pm). Uncollected or late orders will not be refunded or remade.
4. Food Safety & Responsibility
   All items are prepared and packaged following strict food safety standards. Once collected, La Boca Bar & Grill Brisbane accepts no responsibility for the storage, transport, reheating, or consumption of the products.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
   Customers must notify La Boca of all allergies and dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Right of Refusal
   La Boca Bar & Grill Brisbane reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
