Our Mother’s Day Cake collection is a limited release of handcrafted cakes, created in house by our award-winning pastry chef, Chathura.
Each cake in this collection balances flavour, texture, and presentation to create something that tastes rich yet balanced and feels generous, thoughtful, and quietly special.
Whether you've booked brunch with Mum, planned a spa day, or are spending a relaxing afternoon at home, bring everyone to the table with sweet moments.
Important: 24 hours' notice is required and full pre-payment is taken at the time of order.

From 11:30AM – 9PM: La Boca Bar and Grill Adelaide
Moist red velvet sponge layered with cream cheese frosting, adorned with mascarpone buttercream piped into delicate rosettes. Finished with fresh raspberries and a white chocolate heart inscribed “Je t’aime” for a graceful and romantic finish.

A silky yuzu infused cheesecake baked on a crisp buttery biscuit crust, layered with bright yuzu curd and delicate citrus jelly, crowned with light matcha Chantilly and finished with a fine dusting of premium matcha.

Moist olive oil sponge, creamy pistachio mousse, raspberry compote, mirror glaze, finished with pistachio moss, meringue, and dark pistachio chocolate.

1. Select your cake and complete checkout online. Full pre-payment is required.
2. Choose your pickup date and enter your pickup time during checkout.
3. Collect from the TG’s Restaurant (9AM - 11:30AM) or La Boca Bar & Grill (11:30AM - 9PM), all located at Stamford Plaza Adelaide.
Notice period: 24 hours' notice is required for all orders.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation policy applies within 7 days of the collection date. Cancellations within 7 days incur a cancellation charge of the order total.
Responsibility after collection: Once the goods leave Stamford Plaza Adelaide, responsibility transfers to the collector.

• Orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the selected pickup time.
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of placing the order.
• All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are subject to applicable booking fees from the ticketing platform.

• Menu items and ingredients are correct at the time of publishing but may change due to seasonal availability.
• Stamford Plaza Adelaide reserves the right to substitute ingredients or decorations if required while maintaining overall quality and flavour.
• Please inform our team of any dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While care is taken, our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs.
• Once cakes are collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Stamford Plaza Adelaide is not responsible for damage or deterioration after collection.
• Cakes should be transported carefully and stored under refrigeration until consumption.
• Pickup is available from the TG's Restaurant (from 9AM to 11:30AM) and La Boca Bar & Grill (from 11:30AM to 9PM) at Stamford Plaza Adelaide.
