From Spencer Gulf King Prawns and Coffin Bay Oysters to St Vincent Blue Swimmer Crab, Kangaroo Island Scallop Ceviche, and sashimi-grade Atlantic Salmon and Kingfish, every dish is carefully prepared, certified, and safe, so you can enjoy it with confidence.
Our premium buffet and live carvery stations feature whole bluefin tuna sashimi and La Boca’s signature full-blood Wagyu Asado, alongside fresh salads, artisan breads, charcuterie, and desserts.
