Order cut-off: Orders must be received with a minimum of 72 hours before your preferred collection time.

Please ensure you arrive at the selected time to collect your order, as uncollected items cannot be held or remade.

By placing an order with Stamford Grand Adelaide, you agree to the following:
Orders & Payment
All Festive Catering 2 Go orders must be pre-ordered and paid in full by 12 December to be confirmed. Orders are subject to availability and limited quantities.
Collection
Orders must be collected from The Promenade Restaurant, Stamford Grand Adelaide on 19 December at 12:00 PM. Uncollected or late orders will not be refunded or remade.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds or changes within 7 days of the collection date. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior may be considered at management’s discretion only.
Food Safety & Responsibility
All items are prepared and packaged in accordance with strict food safety standards. Once collected, Stamford Grand Adelaide is not responsible for the storage, transport, reheating or consumption of the products.
Seafood & Sourcing
All seafood is sourced from approved suppliers and handled in line with current food safety and regulatory guidelines.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Customers must advise of all allergies and dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While care is taken, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
Product Availability
Due to supplier availability or unforeseen circumstances, Stamford Grand Adelaide may substitute items of equal or greater value.
Right of Refusal
Stamford Grand Adelaide reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for operational or safety reasons.
